Request account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your Naam Nidhi account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting us directly.

Request deletion by email

Email us from your registered email address, when possible. Include your Naam Nidhi username and either the registered email address or the last four digits of the registered mobile number so we can verify account ownership.

Never send us your password or a one-time password.

Email deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, send the request to apps.upadhyaylabs@gmail.com with the subject "Naam Nidhi Account Deletion Request."

Request deletion inside the app

Open Naam Nidhi and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Request Account Deletion.
Submit the pre-filled deletion support ticket.

What happens next

We may contact you using the registered account details to verify that the request is genuine. Once verified, we will process the request and confirm completion by email. Please do not send your password.

Data deleted with your account

Profile and account information.
Spiritual and language preferences.
Naam Jap balances, counts, transaction history, notes, and Daan entries.
Notification preferences, push tokens, and notification records.
Support tickets associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records only when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or documenting that a deletion request was completed. If retention applies to your request, we will explain it during processing.
